Try looking it up at Tineye.com--it's a reverse image search (you upload the photo and they tell you where else you can find it...might get some info that way).

Yep! Katie McGrath, as Morgana from Merlin. And you'd TOTALLY love her. *grins* She's my favorite person in that show. And Morgause is pretty badass too.
