Holy Nutritional Supplements, Batman!
Jun. 4th, 2008 06:37 amYesterday's workout was slow: 2.6-2.8 mph for one mile, and having a tough time just doing that.
This morning I did 1.38 miles, most of which was 3.0 mph or more, half a mile at 3.5 mph -- and the only reason I stopped was that I have to get ready for work.
The biggest difference I can see?
Last night I took my vitamins for the first time in days.
