Yesterday's workout was slow: 2.6-2.8 mph for one mile, and having a tough time just doing that.

This morning I did 1.38 miles, most of which was 3.0 mph or more, half a mile at 3.5 mph -- and the only reason I stopped was that I have to get ready for work.

The biggest difference I can see?
Last night I took my vitamins for the first time in days.

I've been running out for weeks. Every week I had on my calendar to get them ... B12 sublingual, Multi-vits, Iron ... until I was all out. I have to take supps the rest of my life. I'm just not comfortable getting the "regular" ones and doubling the dose. I order from a special bariatric company. I ordered the other day and should get them soooooon.

Yay for supplements!

I've been taking my vitamins, too. I'll continue to send vitamin-taking vibes your way.

Those little things make a difference! Like taking my cal/mag/zinc; the muscle aches and hand spasms I've been having for a couple of months are gone after only a week.

Take your vitamins! ;)

Vitamins make a huge difference I have found. I shall soon be getting some good ones from my uncle. Walking is wonderful too. I had just started again, even taking my brother along, when I got hit with this flu-ish thing that is running through our house now. I look forward to getting back to it. Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job on both fronts.
