Daimon: I have never been a priest for you – but I can be. For all your study of sacred sex, all your learning, you have still separated spirit from sensuality and passion.

QoS: They have always been separate for me.

Daimon: We will change that.

The background is actually a couple of entries down in my entry: "Missing: My Glorious Shadow."

I'm using "Daimon" in the sense explored by Caitlin Matthews in her book In Search of Woman's Passionate Soul: the inner masculine spirit/muse who is (or can be) inspiration, teacher, inner lover, initiator, etc. for a woman. I'm in a transition right now that involves various aspects of my internal landscape and identities, including my relationship with my daimon - who is evidently poised to take on a new role.
