Nia class was great tonight. I felt very loose and confident through most of it -- but now I'm more sore than I've been in a while.

If it's primarily muscle soreness, you can take Glutamine either right before or after Nia and it should decrease the amount of time it takes for your muscles to recover and should help with the soreness.

(Or just use that lovely bathtub you have!) ;-)

Here's some general info. Although the site mentions a dose of 2 grams, I doubt you'd want to take that much. At most I use 500mg, and I don't use it on a regular basis; just when I've been running on pavement (which is usually what causes the majority of my muscle soreness in my legs).
