I have a friend who's been having a rough couple of days.

I've been told -- nicely -- that there's nothing I can do to help. . . but I figure a smile is always a good thing.

Watching Farmer Hoggett dance to cheer up his ailing pig always makes me smile. Hopefully it will help him smile too.

No comparison of my friend to a sheep-herding pig intended. ;-)

Babe is one of my favoritest movies. It's why I don't eat pork. I've been looking for processional music for our wedding, and I think you may have sparked an idea...

I hope this helped your friend.

That's the famous Perthshire Pig-Healing Dance, that is. Very popular around Dunkeld in particular. As well as being good for the pig, it makes the sheep jealous and increases the wool yields. It's especially effective if you fill the pig's bottle with a nice Islay first.

Thank you, lass; it made me smile. I appreciate your friendship.
