qosI just set up a meeting with my manager and my group's director to present the overview of the program I've created from scratch in my new role. My manager just approved the final version of my presentation, as well as my new scoring standards and goals.
I was also just informed by my manager that she is still working with HR to finalize my new job description, but the delay is just a matter of "getting it right" because it is new, not because anyone is opposing it. She hopes to have it done and approved within a week or so.
The new job description will come with a new title, a raise, and a move from hourly to salaried status.
