. . . but I've been breaking down in tears every fifteen minutes or so.

I've declared a mental health day and left the office.

Not sure what to do next. . . but it won't involve trying to conceal tears from my co-workers.

I'm so sorry. I've been that way most all week. Good for you for taking off and taking care of yourself.

So sorry you are feeling like this. I guess your post on sacred sex was making you think of everything that has happened and how your life has been turned upside down in a year or so. But you have taken hold of your life, your are forging ahead in your work, you were a star at the Pantheacon convention the other week and you have a great little wolfling who loves you.

Take care of yourself and rest up. A big cyberhug to you.
V

Thank you so much. Actually it wasn't so much the sacred sex writing, it was the coming of spring and remembering how this time last year I was plotting to spirit Lohain away for a surprise birthday getaway. . . and other stuff like that.

But a nap and wolfling hugs have helped a lot. . . as have all the loving comments.

Thank you.

*soft, warm hugs* to the many others who care for you have sent.

And having this happen is not "not coping" ... while mildly inconvenient in the workplace ... I love, and support, you in the challenging times of your life. Things like this just don't "go away" ... you feel them, deeply, and for a long time. Screw the world who says "get over it". xoxoxox

This is a day late I guess, but more hugs.

And I echo the sentiment that this is a sign of you coping positively with grief, not a lack of skill on your part. (Though I understand and would feel the same false lack of competency).
