Tech Support? RSS Feeds?

qosI need some help subscribing to feeds.
I tried to subscribe to a couple before, but I don't think I did it correctly. I got a rush of entries, then nothing since.
Now I can't even find the LJ page for adding a feed. All I can find is a question about how to read your own journal via feed.
Help?
