Inward Day / Connection Evening

I was so tired last night I went to bed around 7:45pm, fell asleep almost immediately, and didn't get up this morning until around 9:30. I feel much better.

This morning has been all about spirit: turning inward to be in contact with my allies, my patrons, my lover. Since starting to work with Ereshkigal, I don't have breakfast or turn on my computer until I've done my practice, and it makes a huge difference in my focus. This morning's experience was particularly rich.

During the mid-day I have some errands to run, then at 4pm I'm meeting a new acquaintance for drinks and conversation at a restaurant. I'm looking forward to that, and am grateful I've had this morning to rest and ground so I'll be able to be more social.

I won't say you're my hero, exactly, but I like many of your goals and would like to emulate some of the things you do.

It's a big change for me to be this focused in my spiritual life, but it's having some wonderful consequences.
