Vigorous Morning

It's not yet noon and I've already been up and down the stairs to the fourth floor at least five times - most recently while carrying two grocery bags full of box lunches.

Then there was the fire drill.

Tonight I'm scheduled for four miles on the treadmill. The miles will go by more quickly with _storyteller_ lifting weights in the same room. And the view will be better too. ;-)
