Wii Quest - Part 3
Dec. 30th, 2006 11:05 amDad called me early this morning to tell me he had gotten up at 5:00am and scored a Wii. And that with the Wii, he's giving us the nice tv in his bedroom he almost never uses. (And it has a built in DVD and VCR, and I have neither at the moment. We've been watching movies on computer for more than a month.)
Instead of spending today in contemplation, I'm going to be taking down the Christmas tree, driving out to Redmond to buy 2007 pages for my Covey binder, helping Dad load the tv and its table into his truck, and then coming home with him so he can set it up. (I could do it, but he wants to be involved, and see how it works.)
But it's all good. I'll be moving my light-toned, photo-top table out of the Yellow Room into the kitchen to make room for the Wii tv.
And my daughter is finally seriously contemplating the possibility of moving out of our shared bedroom and making the Yellow Room hers. . . .!!!
Hopefully there will be more in-depth journaling here later today. . . There's a post about closure, and one about Void Spirituality bouncing around inside me waiting to come out.
