Still sick, although not as bad as yesterday.

Tomorrow I may feel well enough to work on washing the walls in my bedroom for painting, but the big job is not going to get done this weekend as originally planned. I spent most of yesterday dozing on the couch, with occasional conscious intervals of playing computer poker, finishing a book, and deciding that I didn't feel like eating.

And then, of course, even though I took Nyquil and went to bed around 9pm, I didn't actually get to sleep until after 11. And then I had weird-intense dreams.

I'm just glad I'm sick over the weekend so I don't have to burn any PTO staying home. I'm hoarding it for fun times to come.

*hugs* Sorry hear that a bug has you down. Although, it could be your body's way of suggesting you actually take a lazy holiday weekend.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. Was the book good?

It was, but not as good as I had hoped, given the author's other works.

NyQuil always gives me disturbing, bright, spooky-intense dreams. Never works out well for me...
It's always such a difficult choice: to drug and sleep badly, or to not sleep at all?

Where do you find your icons, girlfriend?

I much prefer spooky-intense dreams to lack of sleep.

I dunno . . . all over, I guess!

It depends what mood I'm in, whether or not I prefer the dreams.

(Of course, the dreams also come with the breathing; always good...)
