Well I can't say that I'm delighted with my current appearance -- but I just looked at myself in the mirror while wearing my ubiquitous black tank top, and for the first time in ages I did not feel a compulsion to put on a loose overshirt to cover my upper arms.

Hey, good for you!

I'm working on not wearing the Texas equivalent of a burka, which I did for years. Lots of upper arms out there in Walmart land are worse than mine, so I've been doing my morning walks in a tank top. You have no idea how hard that was for me! But, oh, so much cooler ;)
