I missed my Friday and Saturday workouts.
On Sunday, I weighed two pounds more than I did when I left for the canyon, three months ago.
It could have been much worse.

Did a full weights workout Monday, and on Tuesday I had lost those two pounds. Tuesday I did my full cardio, including the high-intensity intervals. Did my full weights workout this morning.

I am so excited by my new yoga practice. The asanas have already relieved most of my chronic back and hip pain, and the pranayama is giving me much better wind for walking and for singing. I'm using a very modest regimen from a book called Yoga for Wimps: Poses for the Flexibly Impaired, but in less than a week of steady work I feel So Much Better.
