To energy-working/magical friends:

There is a huge amount of information out there about chakras and how to work with them, especially opening/clearing.

Are there any resources you would particularly recommend, or suggest I avoid?

I'm trying to keep control of my LJ time, and having a big Friends list doesn't help that.
