Ow! Ow! Ow!

What I haven't been talking about recently in unfiltered posts is that I have been exploring what is apparently a previously unrecognized, untrained shamanic talent.
(And I thought it was just "weird stuff" I've been doing/experiencing since adolescence. But having an Otherworldly figure show up in my mind at the onset of puberty, set me off on a mythic journey of Walking Between Worlds, and continuing to be my companion and counselor for several decades should have been a tip-off, right?)
More about that later.
The immediate news flash is actually this: when working on shamanic trance technique, using an .mp3 of drumming, disable the Yahoo IM first. What I just found out, is that the Incoming Mail alert sounds like a Star Wars blaster going off -- especially when the volume is turned up because the drumming is rather soft and I'm sitting halfway across the room.
Have you ever had a trance state interrupted by a blaster going off unexpectedly in your living room?
It's not an experience I recommend.
I have a headache.

As for the rest of the post. This is one of the most adoreable things I have seen of late. It reminds me why I love you.
*hugs you and kisses your forehead
The stormtroopers are not coming to get you. *smile
I have had similar things happen. Such as my phone ringing, or most recently one of my friends changed his IM notice to sound like a circus clown. That got me bad the other day.
So in other words. This happens to me too.

OH! OH NO! (Okay, but to be honest? I'm laughing, because it's just written so damn well...)
You poor thing...I hope it goes away soon!
...because then you'll share about your "Otherworldly figure" sooner!
