Date: 2011-02-04 05:08 pm (UTC)I have found that giving myself a "day of anger" where I can isolate myself from the world and let the rage fly - in writing, in just being in the state of pissed off ness - lets it burn out and move to a state where I can be constructive and move with integrity.
It might not even be a full day. It might not even be isolation. But being in a state where I am OK with being totally full on, outright, angry, without reservation, seems to do a lot towards flushing things out.
And She seems to understand that.
I hope this helps.

So glad to 'see' you again!
