The Current Task
Dec. 4th, 2009 04:41 pmThe central challenge of my spiritual path right now is to become joyfully engaged in life while remaining unafraid of death.
I've got the second part down -- but not fearing death doesn't mean a lot if my life feels empty and joyless.
I need to spend more time with Persephone -- and more time connecting with things that can be sources of satisfaction and happiness in daily life. I do try to do the latter, but I feel as if I'm starting almost from zero.

Date: 2009-12-22 01:08 pm (UTC)I checked out your journal and saw that you've only just joined LJ so you don't have much in the way of content yet.
You're welcome to read this journal and comment, but because of the more private and sensitive nature of my friends locked posts, I only add people I've had a chance to get to know more deeply. I'm open to getting to know you better as you spend more time on LJ.
Solstice blessings to you. . . .
