qosDuring yesterday's layoff conversation, my director invited me to stay home from work today.
Last night during what started out as a particularly satisfying Nia class, I stepped wrong coming out of a spin and twisted my ankle.
This morning I woke up with a sore throat.
I'm taking this as an engraved invitation from the universe to spend today in bed and/or on the couch, writing in my journal, catching up on Netflix, and reading.
I don't even have to burn PTO for a sick day. ;-)
