Even at almost-thirteen, she ends each phone conversation with me by saying "I love you."

Even when I've just used our cell phones to call her from my bedroom asking her to turn the tv down in the living room.

She still says, "I love you."

I'm glad for both of you! My mother and I did that, too, though it was up and down the hall without phones if I was home. It's one of the things I loved most about our relationship.
