Semi-Cryptic Weekend Review

qosI had a very intense weekend, one I'm still processing emotionally and psychologically. I learned some new things about myself and about someone very important to me. I went places -- physically, mentally, emotionally -- that I haven't been in quite some time. I unexpectedly tapped into areas of my grief that I had not yet fully acknowledged to myself -- much less to the other person involved -- and started to purge and heal those places.
I also had a lot of fun, and spent a significant amount of time glowing and feeling appreciated. I was able to go out of my mind in a way that I need to sometimes. I looked in the mirror and saw myself more beautiful.
I was reminded on a deep level of what I've lost and what I still have, of how far I've come and how far I have yet to go in my own self-understanding and growth.
I am grateful.
