Oct. 5th, 2007 06:12 pmI've been worried for a couple of days that I would have to send my two-month-old laptop back to Dell for service because the battery wouldn't charge -- but after a seven-minute tech support chat, during which I a) discovered where my battery was, and b) took it out and put it back in again, everything is working fine.
I occasionally have to do the battery-out/battery-in routine with my gadget when it gets overloaded, but I'd never thought to do it with the computer.
I'm fully connected again!
