qosI'm not becoming a YouTube junkie -- really, I'm not.

This still can't come near the experience of being there in a sold-out theater and having 2/3 of the crowd rise to its feet, screaming and applauding as Elphaba rises into the air, hearing her powerhouse voice in person, but for those of you who have no idea why some of us rave about Wicked, here's a small sense of what it's like.

Date: 2007-08-13 02:12 am (UTC)I read the two articles you just posted, and suddenly felt a kinship to Miss Gulch that I wasn't aware of before. So I remembered then that you'd posted this, and I hadn't watched it yet. I don't even know the rest of the show, but this brought tears to my eyes.
