It All Depends. . .

Inspired by a Friend's post in which the word "Normal" features prominently.
When I was a senior in college, just a few months from completing my theater major (directing & dramatic literature), I was lunching in the dining hall with several members of the department. I can't remember what we were talking about, but suddenly one of my friends, a very eneregetic and flamboyant gay youth, turned to me and stated, "[QoS], you are the most normal person I know."
Fast-forward two years. I am working as the word processor in the headquarters of a bank. I am lunching in the building's cafeteria and writing, when my boss -- a woman almost as cool as Jeannie, my current boss -- sits down with me. She asks if I am writing a letter. "No," I reply, "I'm working on a story." She asks if she can read it. I smile and hand her the notebook, where she finds a page filled with my secret code. "What is that?" she asks. I explain my code. She shakes her head and says flatly, "You're weird."
It all depends on who you're having lunch with.
