In Which I am Complimented

So. . . a friend of mine has started an invitation-only, moderated spiritual discussion community here on LJ and asked me to join. We were just now discussing it on IM and she wrote this to me:

I want to try to balance the "way out there" UPG that some of our members have with more scholarly, grounded discussion. Which is one reason I really wanted you. You can "get" the UPG but your head is on your shoulders, not in the clouds or up your pretty ass.

Not that she's ever actually seen that part of my anatomy (or any other).

But it was still a delightful compliment that made me laugh.
