Slumber Party #1

My daughter is embarking on her first sleep-over tonight.
She's been invited to slumber parties in the past, but she had always asked me ahead of time to come pick her up before bedtime.
Tonight, she set off with a sleeping bag and jammies, planning to be there all night.
She knows she can call me if she changes her mind and gets scared, but I'm hopeful it will be fun for her.
Meanwhile, I took myself out for dinner, and have been working on my novel.
I also have the first disk of Season One of Battlestar Galactica --- although I suspect I won't get to it this evening.
