Interview Report

Thank-you, a_belletrist, for reminding me that I hadn't updated about my job interview.

I think it went well. I got to emphasize my "customer service champion / customer advocate" background, my communication skills, my ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

It was a telephone interview, which was kind of strange, since we work in the same building, but the position involves a lot of phone work, so maybe she wanted to be sure I was effective on the phone.

There will be a second round of interviews, and she said she would contact each of us by the end of this wee or early next week to let us know if we were being invited to go on.

She wants to have the new person in place by April 1st, so if things should move fast.
