Hugging FList, Making Tea, Lighting Candles

I had a difficult night last night: waking often, and having weird, disjointed dreams -- but then I got up and read my Friends List this morning and found that just about everyone else had an ever rougher time -- and more than one are struggling with ongoing issues that were particularly acute last night.

So I'm sending out hugs and virtual tea to eveyone and declaring today "Be Gentle Day": let's all be gentle with ourselves, our loved ones, and our co-workers today, because it sounds like there's major unpleasantness going around.
