Busy Weekend Ahead
Mar. 25th, 2006 09:12 amBut it should be fun!
First order of business is to dig out from the accumulation of stuff from the week: dishes, clutter, laundry, etc. Then. . .
Take the broken hinge off my kitchen cabinet door to replace it.
Phonecall with
princesca -- who I will be speaking with for the first time!
Head downtown to see Private Lives with my theatre buddy from work. (I've neither seen nor read this play before, so I'm looking forward to it!)
Depending on time, either stop by home again, or head directly north to turn in some used books and browse. This might be a good time to stop at Home Depot to try to match the broken hinge.
Attend a birthday party for an old friend.
Sunday morning I may be visiting a tai-chi class.
Then there will be more house cleaning, and time with The Daughter.
Sunday afternoon I'll head over to the home of
bookchick for tarot and website text work.
Depending on Daughter needs, I may catch a movie on Sunday evening: either a repeat showing of "V for Vendetta" or perhaps "Inside Man." It's getting excellent reviews, but I would go to just for this cast: Clive Owen, Denzel Washington, Jodie Foster, Christopher Plummer, and Willem Dafoe.
