Constant Seepage
Jan. 7th, 2006 09:03 amAs I woke up this morning, trying to figure out the best way to deal with somehow 'changing' the towels on my bathroom floor -- how to get some of the water up and out without having it just go down the same challenged drain and ending up back on my floor, unable to truly wash the towels, wondering how much I could just use the spin cycle to drain them, and whether or not the dryer would be overloaded again -- I found myself comparing my slow water seepage to a wound that won't stop bleeding. I can contain the flow, but that doesn't actually do anything to heal the underlying problem. And until I get better tools, I'm reluctant to remove the lower layer of 'bandages' lest I exacerbate the problem.
Has anyone else noticed that it's been months since I posted about flooding OR Miss V, but that over these last few days I've been making multiple posts about both?
