Job Interview!!

I have an interview for an attractive new position with my company at 12:30 on Tuesday!

This position is salaried, one job grade above mine, and has twice the bonus percentage of my current job.

We Still Have the Same References

Over the past couple of weeks I've been corresponding with a very old friend.
Old boyfriend, that is.
My first boyfriend, to be specific.
We'd been out of touch for about a decade and recently reconnected.

Something came up in email a few days ago that later had me laughing quietly and thinking "Mr. Smith, the complimentary couch" -- that being a quote from a movie he and I saw together at least twice during that first summer we dated.
(1980, for the historians in the house.)

He replied to my email today -- and quoted that line.

I'm not sure whether to be tickled or scared. . .
