Did I Mention. . . .

OWWWWW!

It's not my arms from lifting weights, it's the muscles on the front of my thighs from doing walking lunges across the room three times.

I groan every time I stand up, try to go up even one step, or sit down.

Ow! Ow! Ow!

I'd love to hear more about what your trainer has you doing in your sessions.

Monday's session was just a baseline of him figuring out my condition. I'll find out more on Wednesday and will post.

I have a feeling your soaking tub is going to be put to some gooood use over the next few weeks. Good for you, though. Keep pushing through. It can only get better from here, right?

Oh yes the tub will get used!
I need to get some epsom salts.

I know from experience things will get better soon.

BTW: Wolfling and I just watched Bandidas. It was a fun chick flick. Not to be taken seriously, but enjoyable for kicking back together.

Glad you two enjoyed it. I whole-heartedly second the motion for epsom salts. I would check to see if Whole Foods sells them in bulk. Then you can get several different ones and find out which scents you like the best. I know the PCC here has a pretty good selection, but it's been awhile since I've set foot in Whole Foods.

Drink lots of water and stretch that will help with the soreness. Your quads are such important muscles to be nice to. They can make the day suck balls.

Thanks for the reminders, Coop. I sometimes forget how important water is to the recovery process.

Quads, yes, that's what they are!
(I hate it when I forget stuff like that.)
