I'm feeling much better this evening than I was this morning, thanks largely to a session with my own spiritual director and a good Nia class this evening.

Thank goodness. While I know full well such spells are temporary, they are still disconcerting when they happen.

Did your session with your spiritual director help dislodge some of the blockages in your own vocation?
