Three Little Friends

I was gathering my stuff together to leave for work this morning and had to stop and laugh. I now have three mechanical devices, each approximately the size of a pack of playing cards, each with a black body/case, which go with me almost every time I leave the house. I don't usually anthropomorphize inanimate objects, but each of these has gained a nickname:

1. My cell phone/data device, commonly known as the Gadget

2. My ipod, Shiny

3. My GPS, which I am have decided to call "Majel" because it helps me navigate by talking to me in a pleasant alto voice


I am becoming a hopelessly spoiled techno-geek.

I know, all the gadgets multiply so easily. Makes leaving the house a little more of a challenge-- either carry a bag or larger purse or have a lot of pockets!
