Another snooze of a day here at work. After coming back to work yesterday there was one mundane voicemail, and nothing of import in my email.

My last request for input/questions/conversation got such wonderful responses, I thought I would ask again today.

Anyone out there care to throw a conversational scrap my way?

Can't say I'm all that enamored of the OS Klingons. They were simplistic and a tad stupid and I don't see how they would have managed to actually form an empire.

Now Klingons 2.0 and up are my cup of blood wine. I relate well to their code of honor and love of the glory of battle. I also see the beauty in their attempt to triumph over their lower selves by living up to the high ideals of their culture. Many fail. But those who rise up to meet the challenge laid before them are .... well, they're hot baby. And I want one. ;)

Honor makes me itch. *g* In real life honor usually means that somebody else gets bitched up so *your* honor can be satisfied. I distrust all that sort of thing. Actually, give me the sneaky but well-groomed and well-dressed Romulans (especially in Diane Duane's Rihannsu version).
