Movie

I'm taking myself to see "PS, I Love You" this evening.

If It's good -- by which I mean "if it touches me and resonates with my experience of love and grief" -- I expect to cry. If it doesn't touch me, there will be no point in being there, and I'll walk out.

Put that way, it doesn't sound like a promising evening, does it? But when I saw the preview it hit me deep, and I've been hoping it will be sweet and moving.

We'll see. . .

PS I Love You was indeed a lovely, sweet movie that very much resonated with my experience over the past seven months. I cried off and on through the whole thing. In a good way. I'm glad I went.
