I haven't done a list meme before, but after reading
toesontheground's responses to this one, and finding out a few things that were complete surprises to me, I wanted to try it myself.

1. Flying
2. Going to parties where I don't know people
3. The thought of getting lost

6. The rate at which we are consuming world resources

1. My family: daughter, parents and sister
2. Erotically charged relationships - actual physical intimacy is optional
3. Being in 'the zone' when writing
4. Being swept away in a book, movie or play
5. Lively conversation with someone that reveals something to me about the other person or a thought or concept I hadn't considered
6. Directing a play
7. The friends I trust with my inner self
7 Things I Severely Dislike
1. Being condescended to
2. Down and dirty housework
3. Buying shoes (my feet are different sizes)
4. Feeling unattractive
5. Feeling that someone has expectations of me that I have no interest in satisfying.

1. I could read before I started kindergarten and have always loved books
2. I once held the rank of Lancer in a Scottish military historical re-creation group
3. I've directed seven plays and stage managed seven others
4. I played handbells from 4th grade until I graduated from high school.
5. I started a tongue-in-cheek "urban legend" about a rocket my company sold that was still being repeated on the internet a year after the company went out of business
6. I love amusement parks
7. I am the webmistress of the "Starring Parker Stevenson" website
7 Things I Plan to do Before I Die
1. Do a solo drive from Seattle to Los Angeles and back
2. Finish my novel and publish it, even if it's self-published and distributed only to immediate friends
3. Make love again
4. Finish decorating my home the way I want it
5. Become active as a teacher/workshop coordinator in the area of spirituality
6. Get myself into excellent physical condition
7. Travel outside my comfort zone
