Oh dear,

Of all the days to have been away from the computer so much I didn't get to pop into LJ! I am really sorry honey.

May you wake this morning with the fog clearing and a brighter time ahead. So much of what you suffered yesterday I have been through too, and my heart goes out to you. Prayers are heading to your friend, and major hugs and prayers to you. I firmly believe that crying and ranting in the shower as you did is a very healthy thing to do, and the ring shattering is significant to your situation. I am sure in time you will find out what it means and be able to move on. You have been through a hell of a lot this last year from what I understand, and I sincerely wish that, painful as it was to you, your birthday experiences yesterday will mark some sort of turning point for you in the grief process.

Wish I was there in person, but know I am there in spirit.
