Don't know if you're still a fan of Alais, but there's a lovely icon of her as well -- plus some other fun ones of the rest of the cast.

I wish they had her strong statement. That is the one I could really use right now. I'm steaming and it would be cool. Where she says "I have nothing to lose, that makes me dangerous." Oh i'd love that right now. Now I wish is the time I could get you to come out here and go out for a drink with me. I need to growl. *growling sigh*

Except that you have a great deal to lose. . . You are not a powerless hostage like she was.

True, though I have often thought of that statement in a different way. Then it has to be attatched to the "Kings, Queens, Princes and I'm the only pawn part... which really doesn't suit either. It always made me think more of the "I'm not in your game of power so I'm not trapped by it" slant on it. Which seems to fit when I think about all of the social and cam idiocy i finally got out of. I just need some angry defiant icons. heh

I've very often felt that I'm not part of the power games that go on around me -- and one of the complications of being a project manager for the first time in a large organization was suddenly being thrust into politics and power dynamics in a way I have never experienced before.

It makes some people very upset when you don't buy into their power games. ;-)
