Still sick.

Somewhat better than yesterday, but throat still is very sore.

Going back to bed soon.

Must return to work tomorrow.

I'm sure you can well imagine the LISTS.

Today is packing day. Girlfriend is teh amused at all the BROWN laid out on the floor. (She's constantly remarking, "MAma! You have so much BROWN!" This only proves her point.
Which is true.
And also makes it MUCH MUCH EASIER TO both a)ACCESSORIZE and b)PACK, let's argue!

I'm nervous and giddy! OOOOOOOooooooo! And I will leave flowers for Queen Christina at the foot of the arch Bernini built for her -- just for you!

Because I am going to a pilgrimage place of my heart,
as opposed to a pilgrimage place of my soul.
Which ensures my return.
Because, I think to myself, if I were to plant myself on a small island with celtic roots in the Atlantic ocean right now, there is a small chance I'd just stay there,
you know?
Whereas Roma is, in the end, loud outside. It keeps its quiet places indoors. And those islands? Are quiet outside as well.
