The Take-Away

I undertook a shamanic journey this afternoon, with my teacher drumming.

I'm not going to post it all here, but wanted to share the "bottom line" of the experience, which was a journey for continued healing of my heart.

To make Love welcome in my heart, for its own sake, asking no more of myself but that.
To remember to open myself to Divine Love, and fill myself with that.

This is how my healing will progress.

Thanks for this comment. It's sometimes scary sharing this part of my life with people who aren't conversant with this kind of experience, but I like to think that I'm providing an educational service as well as sharing with friends.
