I just got home from seeing the new movie Sky High with my daughter.
It was a lot of fun, especially for a geek like me who recognized the Green Lantern sigil on the t-shirt of the man behind us in the popcorn line.

The arch-villain has the same name as my Ex's first wife.

I've told him he has to see the movie. I think he'd like it anyway, but he's going to choke when that moment comes.

I should hasten to add that he is also on good terms with his first wife ("X-1" as he calls her) -- as am I, for that matter, although it's rare for us to encounter each other.

But it's a moment I shall be sorry to miss.
